I'm after a GX derailleur but with CRC having them at £30 something the other day £109 does not sound great at all....

They have some cracking deals on AXS shifter and caliper sets. £239 for Apex, £279 for Rival, £349 for Force.

Yeah it's v tempting to start curating axs bits ahead of making a change to axs. That said id need a new Freehub

I upgraded to force 12 speed from 105 and while I was wincing clicking buy now I would now never buy anything else (other than Di2). I have had a few occasions when the app is reporting battery life in the shifters when they are actually flat, other than that it's been an amazing system from my experience.

I remember when you were fighting to find this stuff in stock, now they don't seem to be able to sell it!

The items I bought were much cheaper on Merlin than anywhere else, one of the items was £20 more at Tredz

I don't find SRAM any more expensive than any other brand. Shop around and if you don't mind going with slightly lesser models, you can bag a bargain - example being an SX Long Cage derailleur from Ribble for less than £20 - SX Eagle Long Cage Rear Derailleur | Ribble Cycles (edited)

I am quite excited to be upgrading my new bike to a 12 speed. I’ll be Fitting a SRAM cassette & SRAM gx axs derailleur & shifter & KMC Chain. I’ve never done it before so lots of research beforehand & husband on hand to ask advice as he knows bike stuff.
