Maximum wireless signal rates are the physical rates derived from IEEE Standard 802.11ax specifications. Actual wireless data throughput and wireless coverage will vary as a result of network conditions, client limitations, and environmental factors.

Use of Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), Wi-Fi 6E, and features including OFDMA, 1024-QAM, and HE160 require clients to also support the corresponding features. Seven 160MHz channels may not be all available in the 6 GHz band in some regions/countries due to regulatory restrictions.

Wi-Fi 6E introduces the brand new 6 GHz band without any overlap or interference from other bands and older devices. This means a congestion-free frequency that offers more bandwidth, faster speed, and lower latency.

Connect More Stay Fast
The number of IoT devices today creates greater demands on home Wi-Fi. Archer AXE75 future-proofs your home network with a higher capacity of up to 200+ devices. OFDMA and other advanced tech cut down the clutter throughout your frequency bands, eliminating latency and jitter.

Wi-Fi Coverage Throughout Your Home
6× high-performance antennas boost Wi-Fi signals throughout your home. Beamforming technology detects devices and concentrates signals towards them, especially to previously hard-to-reach areas.

Does this have a modem in it? Can this be used to replace my existing sky hub does anyone know?

This is just a router with no modem.
You could use your SKY hub as the modem and connect this for the WiFi in your home

Been out of the tech game for a bit so could anyone advise on something?

I need a router that can have multiple wireless networks, and direct traffic down a VPN if connected to one but not the other. It's to use abroad, and I need the same devices to be able to use either so my laptop looks like it's over there if I join network A but here if network B. The ones I looked at already filtered based on the device not the joined network, which didn't work for me.

Hello.... I've just had fibre installed (YouFibre). Would this be a decent replacement for the Eero router that they supplied?

If you have multiple devices or need more control over your network such as QOS then yeah.

If you just have basic needs and the WiFi cover is enough for your house then no point really

Yes I've got about 4 devices that I want to wire straight to it to get the full speed... but the Eero only has one Lan port.

Might be best just to get a cheap unmanaged network switch if that's the case

Fantastic router - bought mine in Jan as I was having problems with my Virgin Hub 3 router and this been nothing but solid. It supports WiFi 6E so if you have any new devices that support 6E, I would suggest going for this router.

Does this replace the Virgin Hub?
