sorted byThe eufy support is pretty useless, I have a camera from the 3c kit does not charge properly with solar panel (it charges fine on first connection, but does not wake up the next morning, I have tried different solar panels, it is the same)
And the useless eufy support asked me to send video of the cam not charging!!! What should I do? have a Q&A with the camera, hope the camera can speak out the issue?
I have the 2K Doorbell and the 2K Doorbell Dual, both connected to one Homebase 2. They both save clips onto the Homebase 2, but only the Dual can recognise specific people.
I see no positive benefit in upgrading to the Homebase 3, for now.
