No one really needs BCCAs. It’s an industry scam. This has been shown and proven for a very long time. There is very limited use case for BCCAs for 99% of people. You would be better off having whey protein or eating real food as protein sources. If you still want to take aminos, take EAAs. BCCAs aren’t even a complete protein. They are missing aminos for the full profile of aminos needed to be a complete protein. EAAs (essential amino acids) are atleast complete and have the full profile.

I'm confused is this product EAAs or BCAAs?

Good price but not a fan of Warrior products. I've got their Blazin Berry Creatine and it's very grainy compared to others I've tried and the taste is not great IMO (edited)

    Is this working for anyone

No of course not, even if they think it is.

The deal itself...if not, you're saving your money.

Is it safe to drink this after your morning coffee with breakfast but before gym at lunchtime?

Perfectly safe, the effect will depend on how sensitive to caffeine you are. 80mg per serving, so if in doubt just have 1 serving to start with. Personally this would do nothing to me, as I'm far to tolerant to caffeine, and it lacks any other stimulants. The placebo effect will do wonders for some though.

    BCAA is a Scam

I believe EAA are the ones what actually do something
