Anyone know if these are suitable for the Scottish linked alarm regulations?

Was all set to do the whole house out with these, but then Google showed me the trust pilot reviews which are pretty poor. What's people's experience with these? Maybe you can persuade me 😁

I bought a pack of 3 at the start of this year. They only seem to stay connected to WiFi for a week then disconnect. Wouldn't overly recommend for the smart functionality. Maybe the zigbee ones are better. I only wanted this as I am abroad a lot, but haven't been able to connect to them at all.

Which begs the question what other functions aren't working?

Can this be added to Alex or any other smart home assistant without hub?

In one of the comments on Amazon, they say there is no Alexa/smart functionality.

They also do a Zigby version with a hub. Since Zigby is much lower power the battery life is obviously  much better. Also, you don’t have to have loads of devices all individually connected to your wi-fi. Also, I don’t think these are interlinked i.e. if one goes off, the others won’t also automatically go off as well.

I have the three pack wifi interlinked ones I think interlinked and you can see them and battery % etc in the app. The battery s that came with them only lasted about 2 months replaced batteries two of them seem to work fine the other one it won't pair
The app will notify you when they detect smoke but u Hear the siren on them if u in the house and if u out and about and it notify s you not a lot u can do anyhow then as house is probably burning down

Is the 10 year battery these come with replaceable or is this a use once and throw product?
