Source: me, who works besides a Gregg's and does this weekly
White Coffee - available Large or Regular - Soya or Semi-Skimmed Milk
Black Coffee - available Large or Regular
Cappuccino - available Large or Regular - Soya or Semi-Skimmed Milk + extra chocolate on top
Latte - available Large or Regular - Soya or Semi-Skimmed Milk + Caramel or Vanilla syrups (both sizes)
Mocha - available Large or Regular - Semi-Skimmed Milk + extra chocolate on top
Hot Chocolate - available Large or Regular - Semi-Skimmed Milk + Caramel or Vanilla syrups (both sizes) + Cream and sprinkles or / and extra chocolate on top
Breakfast Tea / Peppermint Tea / Green Tea - available Large or Regular - Milk (both Semi-Skimmed and Soya) are available but not done behind the counter, should have jugs of Semi and little pots of Soya so you can pour as much as you want in.
Flat White - available in just 8oz - Soya or Semi-Skimmed Milk
Espresso - available in one or two shots (ask for espresso with extra shot for two shots)
Hot Milk is also an option but depends who serves you (not actually on the till but the machines can do it)
Large drinks are roughly 16oz and regular are roughly 12oz and the Flat Whites are only available as 8oz.
You can ask for Soya Hot Chocolates or Mochas but the chocolate powder does contain milk and its not an option on the machines so some stores might refuse to do it as its a lot more hassle than other soya drinks.
Large drinks are available as part of these O2 rewards, but you won't get reward points on the Greggs app as you can only scan one per transaction, also only one O2 reward per transactions, so if you have multiple then tell the cashier and they will ring you through as many times as codes you have.
To get the offer scan the barcodes on the scanners (usually located next to the card machines), though wait to be told to do it, don't do it before hand as staff need to press a button on their register to activate the scanner for the offer to be accepted.
Also seasonal syrups, Pumpkin Spice (Autumn) and Mint (Winter)

I have to go to a local cafe to get an oat or soya latte.
Fortunately, I also have a "Three" a/c so can now get a Caffe Nero drink @ £1 each week with their Three+ app . Better to pay a £1 for a decent coffee than drink a free awful one i.m.o.

I've given up now, I tried a few hoping each time it might taste better, but it never does.
£1 Nero with 3three anyway.

But we have no Greggs near us, so never use it.
Is o2 priority a log in? Or can you just get a code?

I'm sure it's all coincidental, but all the good tasting coffee I've had from shops were made by large bearded blokes who actually care.
