    You get given a code when redeeming the offer on Samsungs website which can be given away to anyone you like. They can then redeem the code on YouTube.

    I wish they would just make a 'remove ads' tier for a few quid, with the majority of the money actually going to the content creator.

    I don't want or need youtube music, I have never wanted to play a video in the background on my phone and I have never downloaded a youtube video for offline viewing.

    I really don't understand why they feel the need to bundle in these extra features. Every other company implements tiered memberships, but not Google 🤷‍♂️

    Can't believe the price of Premium, 13 quid, charged by a company who invests nothing and makes nothing on the service it is charging for. Netflix/Amazon etc invest hundreds of millions in content. Google Youtube parasite off other peoples efforts and now charge 13 quid for no ads. (edited)
