    I was surprised to get the Tesco offer of a litre of Smirnoff for £18.75 in Wales, we normally have to pay more and even better a litre of southern comfort for £20 💚

    Got 1 bottle from Watford yesterday (by chance, it was not on the shelf).
    The label has been removed from the shelf this morning and staff said they are not getting anymore. (edited)

    Got two from Aldi in Purley Way, Croydon today at about 1030am.

    Don’t know why everyone else commenting can’t name their local store where they have found it or couldn’t buy it. Community spirit obviously not a concern of theirs.

    Anyway, they had a floor standing metal basket near the back of the store, separate to the wine shelves, with about 12-15 bottles in it. (edited)

    A bright and breezy mid-bodied Grenache-dominant blend supported by Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan. Lifted aromas of ripe red cherry but on the palate there's more sultry, darker cherry and berry flavours inflected with wild herbs and smoky spice. A great match for barbecued sausages.     It's definitely NOT on in Scotland. Just got back from my local are people were obviously fuming. The problem is they advertised it in the Scottish press and they confirmed it on social media it would be available in Scotland. Their customer services are taking a hammering already and it's only been a couple of hours since the promo launched. Wouldn't want to be working the tills in Aldi this week in Scotland.....

    In my local Aldi there were none left on the shelves where all the other wine is but they had an offer of the week basket in a different part of the store with about 10 bottles left along with a half price Chablis.

    A lady I spoke to said another Aldi she went to this morning the manager had said it had all sold out yesterday which she was rightfully annoyed about as it was supposed to go on sale today.

    My local's shelf was cleared by the "Middle of Lidl" Goblins*. I should have just bought 2 at full price late last week, kept the receipt and then take them back today and ask them to refund the difference or fully refund them and let me buy them again at the discounted price.

    *I also 100% identify as a MOLG myself.

    So I went to the local Aldi on Sunday, just before closing.

    Full shelves of this wine.

    Mrs went this morning just before work.
    All of the bottles were replaced with another wine, price tag was removed.
    No sign of the wine.

    A colleague from work noticed the same in his local Aldi.

    Either staff bought it all or were instructed to remove it.

    Could it simply be that they had moved it to a different location in the shop? In my local it wasn't in the wine section - it was at the end of another aisle (or at least its sticker was ) (edited)
