sorted byRegardless, if they have shipped the items, especially without being ordered, I would also imagine the responsibility for collection lies with them also.
I would personally avoid predatory companies, who build their entire business model around legal loop holes and scrupulous, borderline illegal business practices. I don't need a chunk of metal that much. (edited)

They try to pass themselves off as the same as The Royal Mint, they are just a marketing company.
The majority of the coins they sell are NOT UK legal tender, or UK circulated. It's also impossible to get off of their mailing list, I've been trying for 2 years.
That, and they sign you up for a coin subscription that is a pain to get out of, and they expect you to pay for future unsolicited delivery of coins.
