Bought a set as access to undo a ball joint was tight the flexible head solved that. Even that one time use paid for itself.
The 10mm comes in handy when tightening the handbrake cable before MOT time as well

I’ve got these and they are fine for diy mechanics like myself. Halfords are asking around £70 but I’m sure are better quality.

The Halfords ones are excellent quality and worth their money but I’ve got plenty of Lidl and Aldi tools as well and for the price I don’t think you can beat them

Wobbly spanners are the best for skinning your knuckles

As a young mechanic some 40 years ago these would have cost me £20 ish then, great price

Nice set. Thanks for the heads up Need a 15mm one too. Maybe look at buying that as a single.

I've had these about 6 years. I'd give it 7/10. Paid for it self on first use. No rust issues. Rachet is very useful. Wear decent gloves when using.

I bought some piers from Lidl same brand and they do the job

Do these scratch the paint when you use the angle part?

Just picked up a set of these this morning. They seem fine, and for the sake of a tenner if the ratchet does fail on one or more of them, I can just revert back to a standard combination spanner.

pickwd up both these bad boys just now in my local branch and I am happy thanks OP for the post. (edited)

Have to look out for these. The Halfords Advanced ones are considerably more and though probably nicer quality (lifetime warrenty too), these would be rarely used compared to the fixed ones I already have. That said, there's more than a good chance I could need something like this one day.
