Getting sick of my cashback not tracking in the last couple of months and the claim getting declined
    Rarely had this issue before

I find it usually pays out eventually if you raise a claim, if it hasn't tracked within 24 hours I always raise a claim which automatically just stays on ice for a week before it submits, if the cashback tracks in that time I close the claim (I've had more recently not track but then go straight to confirmed and paid months later)

I tend to find the holiday first - add to my basket.

then go via tcb and checkout…. Cost remains the same… and never had an issue with easyjet tracking for me.

I'm still trying to sort the 20% ebay bonus from November for Nintendo switches for the bairns. I bought one before the bonus and that's tracked at 2%. Fair enough. But I bought another one two days later - £50+ bonus it should have been. Of course, this tracked incorrectly. They accept that's the case and that I should have the increased bonus for that purchase. Kept asking me to wait to see if incorrect amount changed which it didn't do. I've done what they've asked in terms of waiting then raising a claim but the claim can't be raised as it defaults to 'contact customer service'. Then customer service say 'raise a claim'. I've asked for it to be passed to a manager to sort it out but I'm becoming less and less impressed with TCB.
