"50% off" lol
Remember Yoga Slim models don't do yoga...
I really like these! I have a 12th gen Intel 12700h version (no GPU) and its a lovely small portable machine and battery life is really good, will go half a day unplugged.

And...
The 3 year on site warranty is just 25 quid...
Billy bargain.
Think I've just bought a new laptop.
I can not compare because it is 2 different devices
Costco have for sale M2 Pro MacBook Pro for £1600 it is have pluses like good battery, good cpu etc ...
But it is cost 2 x times and only have 512 GB SSD
I would say like this if someone can not decide this laptop or apple
If your working software is only windows then do not look to apple side as you will have issues with ARM emulation windows
Other thing laptop only £700 and for the money it is really nice device i would say balanced creator device Like video , photo and laptop as laptop
Someone posting can i game or it is have only 50 W GPU bla bla 50W CPU
I would say it is best battery and power ration from last year tech and it is laptop not TOASTER with RTX 4080 180 W GPU where you can cook food on laptop or Jet plane with 3 x fans blowing (edited)

Was looking for something like this and the 3050 is a bonus for light gaming.
I don't know how much the m2 is but it's £1900 for an m3 16 GB RAM so it's a very good value (edited)
Happy with everything, gaming performance is good too for non-competitive games, as screen is a bit slow (not too bad) in terms of latency even with 120Hz if you wanna play CSGO or similar.
Whilst the screen had great specs, I think you don't need them on a 14" display. It does look washed out when you use the max display settings.
As for gaming, I'm not sure. It was ok, I was getting the odd stuttering issue but not sure if a bug.
The reason I sent it back was that the power adapter would reach a temperature of 60c which for me was too hot.
It's got all the specs you want for doing creative, scientific or gaming activities but due to the design it will heat up when you push it.
For £700 or £799 its a good purchase but as others have said have the warranty.
I wish it had a touch screen.
Hopeful it could get here tomorrow...
