This is my favourite Lego build ever. I’ve absolutely no idea how they managed to make it so engaging and fun to build considering it’s pretty much all white, but it really was remarkable.

Just waiting for the wall bracket to arrive to display my son's. It's a great looking piece.

Bought, going to make it with my 85 year old mum who adored this aircraft. She used to go into the garden to watch it go over any time she could. It is a shame it's not the BA version, but hopefully she'll enjoy it nonetheless. Just have to keep the price quiet. She'd go nuts.

You can also get light kits for it on Amazon. (edited)

Would have preferred the British Airways design

Rights to the name and design probably also have something to do with it.

Look's great set might be tempted closer to retirement as still on fence. Great independent post of deal

Great build and did the technical tour of the Concorde at Manchester Airport to top it off, sat in the cockpit and walked around the plane, incredible aircraft.

Better off buying from Lego with cashback, Insider points and a decent GWP, no?

This doesn’t retire until mid 2026 so I would say it would be cheaper at some point. I’m an avid collector and they will usually come down by 25% at some point in their shelf life (you just have to be there when that happens).

I’d say based on its content and that it is totally different to anything out there it should fetch good returns (if you don’t open the box 😬)…but still hold out for the 20-25% reduction sometimes more when they have a blow out sale.

An amazing plane that was unnecessarily taken out of service

Do try the book audio, e reader or print by Mike Bannister. I really liked it. Have a good one

With an expensive bucket list holiday beginning on Monday I really shouldn't have, but I couldn't resist! Picking it up later

Built this over Christmas and it looks gorgeous. Love the fact you can wind the rear tail to raise and lower undercarriage

this video put me off, the set is huge!

It is ludicrously big isn't it! My grandad helped design the tail, so I wanted to buy it for my Mum, but where the hell would she put it. Would love to see a smaller (and cheaper) version released.

I enjoyed the build but feel there are two areas that were really lacking the cockpit and only a small section of seating. Also I ended up getting additional stickers to make it feel more authentic.

Got a link to the stickers ?

Really good set, built mine in January and printed off a wall mount. Probably best lego I've had. Next up has to be the venator class destroyer or saturn V.

    Definitely quality and worth it.
