Send your claim in line with the Cashback Claim Process below and we will credit you by cheque with £16.80 each time.
This will save you £84.00 over the 12 month duration of the contract. In effect this means that your average line rental per month over the contract period is £7.00 per month.
Cashback Claim Process:
Claiming your cashback couldn't be simpler. You will need to send in your mobile phone bill at months 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12
It's so simple to workout when you need to claim your cashback, please see the below table on when you should send your bills to us.
You can make your claims via your My Account which you'll be able to register for once you've placed your order. It's a quick and easy process which will allow you to redeem your cashback throughout your contract.
Remember to register an account with your chosen network provider too, this will allow you to download the bills for the required months to claim
Please note: the above calculations are based on the basic line rental of the tariff and do not include itemised billing.
It is The Carphone Warehouse Limited who solely undertake to offer the above Cashback via cheque to qualifying end customers. Any queries in relation to such Cashback Offer shall be directed to Mobiles.co.uk and not the network provider, unless mutually agreed.

sorted byPersonally I’ve been using mobiles/e2save for a few years now. Cashback has always been on time. Takes 2 minutes to scan the cheque in using the banking apps.
Non-time machine solutions for that price, closest one would include Lebara sims and a dual sim phone!
Your final solution, change your uncle!!!!!!!!
Monthly price shown + all out of bundle charges will increase each April (from 2025) by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate of inflation published in Jan of that year + an additional 3.9%.
shame at the moment unable to upgrade
At the moment have contract with Vodafone via mobiles co.uk.
Can I renew now with mobiles.co.uk?
I guess you could always use it on the months you’re not supposed to send them your bill? (edited)
Sim arrived today but says "sim not provisioned"
Is that because my port date is 11th? (edited)
BTW, is your old SIM still active?
