sorted byOpen world where it's split in to the different regions, each region will have their respected collectables - this does get a bit repetitive where you're going to towers to unlock more side collectables, this will unlock Moogle shops, summons and does add a bit to the story. You'll have a chocobo which will help traverse through the open world regions. I'm doing all the side stuff hence why I'm 79hrs in and still yet to complete.
Also, as Kais mentioned, it is quite mini game heavy, which I personally don't mind at all as they're great
There's a demo for the game which goes in to the first chapter of the game and you can skip a portion of the first chapter if you end up buying the game. There's also a second section which is "demo exclusive" so that doesn't get carried over.
All in all, defo loving what I've played so far! (edited)
This game is fantastic and I love the quirky minigames that get thrown at you at various parts of the game. Fort Condor and Queen's Blood are both fantastic (and deserve their own mobile versions) but other ones such as Frog Jump are just so goofy to be endearing. Oh and the story, music and characters are pretty good too.
I'm 20 hours in and just started Chapter 5. I can't wait to get to the Gold Saucer and it just turns into Super Final Fantasy Party. Minigames for days.
I'm in Chapter 7 right now so bring it on.
