Hello,

I'm from Germany. I already published a deal on Mydealz a few days ago.

Update: Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to get an unlimited Spotify subscription in the UK. However, it is still possible to get 17 months of Spotify Family UK. The cost is around 22£ compared to 339£ in UK.

Important: Many of your questions are already answered by the [5] FAQ. You can find a video on these instructions under [4] Video instructions. I recommend doing the whole thing on your PC and dialling India.

Important notes:
The Spotify account must have free status (no active subscription)
It is not possible to subsequently extend an account with additional codes.
After followingthe instructions, your account will be back in UK

[5] FAQ

1. Question: Do I have any restrictions compared to a UK Spotify account?
1. answer: No, after you have completed the instructions, your account will be UK again.

2. question: When can I start the guide?
2.answer: Your Spotify account must be in Free status. It doesn't matter whether you create a new account or use your old one. You can follow the instructions again after the expiry date.

4. Question: How many people can I add to a Spotify Family account?
4. answer: You and 5 other people can be in a family account.

5. Question: Can I also switch to Spotify Duo?
5 Answer: Yes, that is possible. Just follow the instructions and select Duo instead of Family.

6. Question: What address do the family members and I need to enter?
6. answer: You and your family must enter the same address. It doesn't matter whether it's your real address or another address in UK.

7. Question: Does this also work with an existing Family or Duo travelcard?

Tip: Take your German number and leave out so many digits that only ten numbers remain. Note: Your address must be stored as the default address. 11. answer: No, this is not possible! Think carefully beforehand about how many years you want to top up for.

I'd wager that reading, and then following, the instructions might give you a clue

I am not sure if its still the case or not but few years ago or so I had got an Indian spotify account and it worked for sometime and after few months it prompted me that I cannot use the service outside of India for more than 14 days. And after 14 days i could only use Spotify free and not premium. So have stayed away from registering in different countries. £22 is an excellent price.

Note that Spotify themselves have kicked so many “Egypt” subscribers without refund. The same happened with Disney also.

This is not correct. Also, I have been using Disney for 2 years via Turkey without any problems.

Great deal but I do miss the personalised playlists and top tracks in your country. Home screen full of Bollywood songs (not my cup of tea) but for £22, it's worth it!

I'd rather pay, what a ballache.

Can't purchase any India cards through links provided by op
    Kenixa's avatar

Because I just saw it. The codes seem to be sold out on Amazon right now. They usually restock every few hours. You can also buy the gift cards anywhere else. Make sure that it is Spotify Premium Gift Card IN (India).
  9. Bighead_85's avatar
Does the first voucher you redeem have to be one month? I have three six months codes to use
    yench's avatar
The first voucher you use gets shortened to ~2 weeks
I tried using 3x6 month and it shortened to about 2 weeks and 1 year
  10. jjjjj98765's avatar
    Great. Thanks. 🙏🏻

Couldn’t get the cards from Amazon India so bought from a CD Keys store on Google.

Cost about £70 but still way cheaper than £340.

I used a 24 hour free trial on Cyberghost as the VPN.

    Cheers. (edited)

I went to cjs-cd keys and got myself a 12-month India premium Spotify code for £25. I then downloaded the free Nord VPN, changed my country to India, put the code into Spotify, and it worked.

What happened with the unlimited trick in the end, will people actually keep their accounts active I wonder

Nothing, the accounts are all active. spotify has only prevented you from having more than 18 months in the meantime

  15. bcs1's avatar
Wow, this was hard work but I managed to get it to work using Egypt. It came to £23.61 and gave me family plan until 27 Sep 2025! or until Spotify block it
Couple of things I encountered along the way. To get Amazon.eg to work I followed one of the op's previous comments, setting a new Amazon UK account and then setting my primary digital address to a random Egyptian address, then adding one of my standard cards as a payment method. the Amazon purchases of the Egypt Spotify cards sometimes returned errors so had to try a few times, and at one point my bank blocked the purchase (fair enough!), so had to add a different card.
Later in the instructions it said that when you are redirected to PayPal you then get redirected back to Spotify - it may be obvious to others, but when you are in PayPal you need to agree to the PayPal purchase and only then do you get sent back to Spotify.
Also, I used CHrome to translate the arabic and sometimes the buttons were either translated slightly differently to the instructions in the op's post, or Chrome didnt translate so I just had to use a bit of guesswork to click the right button. Thank you !
  16. Fockw1t's avatar
Thanks OP, got it to work. Do I put a UK address in or Egypt address.

Can you just buy gift cards from key sites and avoid all the hassle of setting up new Amazon accounts and messing around with addresses?
    Barrons's avatar
Purchase a 12 month Spotify premium from either CJS-cdkeys, G2A, kinguin or gamivo all websites sell them
  21. arsotuhlata's avatar
I tried to buy credit from but amazon says my card is geo locked. Is there any way I can avoid this? Thanks
    Kenixa's avatar
    Author
To be able to buy from Amazon Egypt you need to do the following beforehand: 1. create a new account at Amazon uk and then go to Amazon.eg 2. add Egyptian address (bestrandoms.com) 3. add debit/credit card 4. enter your Egyptian address in "My content and devices" under "Country/region settings". You can now buy Spotify credit.
  22. Titanium's avatar
All who struggle to buy Egypt subs, first you need to change your address in 'Content and Devices' address (NOT delivery or default addresses). Then you can easily purchase the Egyptian subs. Follow this instructions how to:

If possible, can anyone who speaks and writes in clear fluent English please write the instructions, I’m trying all sorts, downloading different cards, creating different accounts and it’s like trying to hack into the matrix. People giving little snippets of information isn’t working either. “Oh download this card” what ARE you on about!?

Respectfully, it’s very easy to do if you follow the steps, if you don’t understand them then don’t do it!

They’re cracking down on this. I have it on good authority that they can see when you’re accessing the account predominantly from another region to the one you bought the sub for and will soon be blocking accounts. (edited)

I've been doing this in a similar form for 6 years without any problems. In Germany on mydealz, a lot of people do this and no one has ever been banned. I think they're doing something completely different than the one in the instructions.
  35. xsc8ht's avatar
52555572-UvwSA.jpgFollowed instructions exactly, when entering the code and pressing continue, I see the following message:

"Something went wrong. Please try again or go to our support"

    10.04 - UPDATE

I pay £10.99 for premium for 1 user (myself). this is interesting but a lot of work. A 12 month gift card for £99 is the easy/lazy option, which I'm too lazy to sign up for!
    L33TL33's avatar
I find it silly how you can pay for an individual profile with gift cards but not a family one
  38. stigma's avatar
Can they not, a few months down the line, terminate the account as it breaks their terms and conditions? Unlikely I know but just debating if this is a gamble or a guarantee of cheap Spotify.
    MTHlink25's avatar
Spotify premium solo/family is around £12/£18 per month I think, so even if they terminated your account after 2 months you'd save money
  39. Harun_Rashid's avatar
Thanks I managed to get 18 months on the previous deal you posted

An hour later, the deal was taken off by hukd and the Indian Spotify gift cards on Amazon were all out of stock.

After my 18months is over, will I be able to follow this same guide to re-purchase another 18 months or so?
    agentjont's avatar
From the process I think this is a one off type set up and it’ll revert to full UK family prices after your period ends. But may be a new method for another country to follow by then!
