    Congrats on your first deal. Would love to know how much difference these pans make. The pan I use almost every day is only a cheap one and is over ten years old. My experience of pans is you get good ones and bad ones and it relates very little to price, albeit never used an £80 one.

    With pots that heat mainly liquids it's not the biggest difference but in a frying pan a good quality tri ply fully clad stainless steel pan makes a world of difference.
