About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
Get Unlimited mins, Unlimited SMS plus 5GB of data every month for 12 months for a one-off charge of £45. Existing customers will have this bundle added to their account, new customers will be sent a new SIM to their delivery address.
Does not include EU Roaming.
Like a traditional SIM card, an eSIM stores the data your device needs to use the network. ‘eSIM’ simply means an embedded SIM, but unlike a physical SIM card, an eSIM is already built into your device. It also allows you to have multiple lines on a device, that you can switch between.
The RWG Mobile eSIMs run on the Three network and allows VoLTE and WiFi calling. Our eSIMs are available on Pay Monthly plans over £5 only and some of our Buy & Forget range.

I sent an email and they reactivated my SIM.
Hope that helps. (edited)

There is no guarantee that this eSIM deal is available on a regular SIM, which is why I have stressed eSIM.
Feels like A mobile service Ponzi scheme. Hope I'm wrong.
Mind you, one of our family SIM is on RWG deal from 5y back. Still works.
I've been on RWG for 4 years without an issue and without paying a penny.
They may have moved, or they had issues with EE, who knows.
Lebara (Vodafone) have a £3.95 offer, at £1.58 for the first 3 months if you go via Uswitch. 200 Mins, unlimited texts, 1GB Data.
If it's mostly for incoming calls though, you might be better off on a cheap pay as you go account? O2 Classic is 3p a minute, 2p a text, 1p a megabyte. Credit doesn't expire. Account remains active if you make a chargeable call at least once every 180 Days.
Contacted RWG Custimer Services since but so far (4th day of email trail) they cannot even tell me how to check my remaining data allowance where the call to the short number that used to work with my other RWG number gives me error message instead of the information I need. The RWG CS guy in the email alluded that the information about data allowance would come through in an email, which you know is not what I asked and I admit was a shock for me to hear they do not make sense!
My advice is only use them if you need data only service as your third sim and you get around places where both EE and Three deliver strong signal. Why I even mention Three, I chose EE during the checkout and I can see (speed test tells me this ) that the sim is using Three network ...
Which explains why I get 3 to 4 mbits speeds only.... Lucky for me I only ordered this sim as data sim on rare ocassions.
Not having an app or viable way to check how much data is left leaves me wondering if I will be ditching the RWG next month.
Trust pilot has plenty stories about how people who took their data sims for data allowance in EU got shafted by them scaling down the data allowance without telling, and you read on RWG website nor eir less this "we had to change the allowance as due to increase in operator charges these are not viable for us anymore "!
Imagine someone taking out and paying upfront for their 12 months Sim with 100GB or 200GB to use abroad, only a month later they find out that they cannot use data as the new limit is a mere 15GB...
No idea what it covers, probably worth a new deal thread if someone wants to sit and work out what it covers?
I know cause iv just added the £5 add on bundle for £4.
I imagine it applys to the others as well
and can you dial premium numbers or does it stop that?
i like the idea of this for spare phone.. just want to make sure it wont run up another bill.
thanks
Got 2 year sim for daughter. It's running off EE and after a month or so the data stopped.
I found myself exploring a part of town with no data this morning, after having used about double my allocated 1GB by the 25th of last month.
It's a good option for when you need signal in as many places as possible. They make roaming arrangements with all the networks to allow you free access to them all.
Avoid like the plague.
Near impossible to contact, difficult to get a working SIM.
Horrendous to get a refund from.
Could never recommend, just seeing a deal on here for them scares me!
I have been with them since the beginning with a life time sim which i got free and i still get the free allowance every month but only once had to contact them i did get an answer but about 2 weeks later.
looking at most reviews they are saying terrible things about there custom service which you would think they would improve with all the complaints.
Jesus!!
No thanks!
