Used, but apparently "Excellent", the item description at OnBuy says "Controller only no accessories and no retail packaging due to wrong colour controller arriving inside console bundles." - looks like these have never been used. Mine doesn't arrive until next week, so I can't vouch for the quality first hand. I'll update this post at that stage, if the same price is live.

This arrived today and turns out to be a fantastic controller it seems to be effectively new, and I registered the serial number successfully on the Microsoft website.
