Bought this on the last deal. I'm returning it. It's just less functional than a normal keyboard.

The spacebar is awkward to reach, it has less keys than the left hand end of a full size keyboard, the joystick is imprecise and pretty well useless (even with a third party rubber cover/grip.)
In some regards it's nice in use, but no better than the keyboard that's sitting there anywhere.

I wanted to like this, and have nearly bought it numerous times over the years. But it's a solution looking for a problem. (edited)

They're actually better for none gaming use. I use mine alongside my graphics tablet for shortcuts in Blender and Photoshop. Setting up macros for 2 or 3 button keyboard shortcuts gives it the edge over a keyboard.

Brilliant for pwning n00bz on online games such as modern war, Fortnight, etc

I've used one for the past few years and I'm considered pretty good in the online gaming sphere

I had this to replace a logitech G13. It's pretty bad. Stopped working within a few weeks of light use. I quickly looked for a G13 on eBay. Since then I've stocked up on G13s due to this being so bad and the only real option.

G13 is amazing. I use the N52te because it’s the only one of this type of device with onboard memory

I use one of these for editing of all things rather than gaming, makes an excellent macro keyboard when paired with AHK

I've been using mine for over a year now almost exclusively for macros in Davinci Resolve Studio and Photoshop. Not so great for gaming IMO
