O2 does that, says upgrade fee and when you proceed to next step, it just reduces to zero.
about to dump virgin so it will go down to 32gb but still 3x what we had before on volt!
My retired parents got great mobile data in Spain and the Netherlands but had to use Wi-Fi in the local Costa when I met them last weekend as their mobile data is unusable.

Now im trying to upgrade to this, and its not letting me go through.
Rang O2, but they couldn't do anything.
Keeps failing though with an error when added to basket on mobile or desktop - anyone else experiencing this?
