Please note the is the upgraded, more expensive, IGH edition and only in large.

Evans appears to be the next best price at £2099.

For specs visit the website but if you don't know what the difference of the Internal Gear Hub edition is here we go:

  • The stepless shifting enviolo City Internal Gear Hub (IGH) features a specifically designed internal gear hub and matching controller. The manual stepless technology is as simple as adjusting the volume on a radio. This allows riders to focus on the important aspects of a bike ride such as traffic or scenery.
  • Turbo Full Power 2.0E motor and 530 Wh battery offer an unparalleled riding experience, providing a smooth, seamless, and shockingly quiet amplification of your efforts, up to 15.5 MPH / 25 km/h. The integrated controller responds to your pedal inputs resulting in intuitive amplification of your efforts with an incredibly natural feel.

Great deal. Heat added. Couple of things to remember is that the handle bars are completely fixed and can't be adjusted. Also if you can stretch to another £300 you can get the Como 4 from the same site with 70NM of torque (50NM on this model) and a significantly bigger battery of 710khw (this 500khw). Worth also noting this an upright riding geometry. The £50 off doesn't work with sale items sadly 😞

The xGin bikes at £999 have had fantastic reviews, new model coming out in June same price

How long does the battery last?

I've got a Specialized Levo Turbo with a 90nm version of this motor but with a slightly smaller 504wh battery. I can get 60km/40miles offroad in Thetford Forest with 1.6kg 2.6" Mud tyres. This bike has lighter road tyres and a bigger battery so the range is likely to be better.

A lot of bike for the money.

I have a belt drive Ebike with the same enviolo auto shifting. Love it. It’s a bit indirect though, so 50Nm torque on these might feel a bit under powered through that drivetrain.

Very expensive for what it is, but I must admit bike looks nice.

Right. An awful lot of money.

I've got the SL4 version, may be worth a look at various comparisons on Reddit (Evans has had a drip of SL4 stock for the last few months for £400 less).

Obviously depends on your use and needs as the specs (tech and weight) are markedly different. The frame style is extremely comfortable over a 10 mile commute (edited)

Now seems to have dropped £300 to £1599! Damn I wish they had it in medium.

Step through bikes are very forgiving when it comes to size. If you really want it, you can look around. Maybe another bike shop has it in stock for you to try it out.

Eventually there is always option of conversion it you are not afraid of DIY. You could save at least half of the price.

I'm going to buy one of these and cycle as fast as I can away from the armchair experts who are, right now, preparing their multi-paragraph diatribes to tell us that this is both the best, and the worst, bike in history

    Hot deal though

Yeah I'm just looking for a branded bike that will get me up a hill or two. This seems to be the ticket but sadly only in large. (edited)
