Alaskan Pollock, skinless, boneless and wild caught.

Not had them myself but I'd be surprised if there wasn't 8 fillets in these packs, or less than 40p per fillet.

Cook from frozen in 4 mins (probably less in air fryer!)

In the email. In stores now.

    That’s a load of pollocks.

    Well, somebody had to.

Bought these a few weeks back, got to say they are tasteless , dipped in batter and deep fried, if it wasn't for the salt and vinegar there would be no flavour at all. Might just be ok in a fish pie.

I bought the hake fillets for £.2.99 they were very nice if you add your own seasoning to them. A little all-purpose seasoning, some garlic and spring onions and cooked for half an hour in the oven..... beautiful

pollock usually has worms, but they are always dead. depends on if you're okay with eating bottom feeders

I finally got round to using these. The fillets were so large before cooking that they only just fitted on the tray. After cooking, they were only half the width of the tray and they were swimming in water.

I weighed some the next time I cooked them: 218g frozen and 113g after cooking. 48% water.

Lucky I didn't try breading them first, since the water would've washed away the breadcrumbs.
