If you've never heard the albums Rocks and Toys In the Attic by Aerosmith get those first. This is one of their weakest albums. By the time this album was released in 1977 the band were high as kites all the time and well past their best, it took them 10 years to sort themselves out and release Permanent Vacation in 1987.

This is how good Rocks is, the guitar solos on this song are as good as you will hear anywhere in hard rock. The album is so good that it made Slash start playing guitar after he heard it. Aerosmith were never better than this record, and it's the best one they did in my opinion. I had to add Combination too as that song is great. Just listen to the album anyway. Aerosmith 1976 was peak Aerosmith. >
