Does this have built-in graphics? If yes, how good is it for general gaming?

It's a lower level than a 5600G for example... it's meant to be, just like Intel desktop CPU graphics, something that you can use for office-type tasks and in a pinch - it's not a fully fledged APU. (edited)

Great price, but the website doesn't inspire confidence. Anyone bought from Palicomp before?

Yes, used them quite a bit. They've been around ages, never had any issues. They focus mainly on prebuilts, but are always reasonably competitive. And yes, they website isn't great unfortunately!

Got this and a 4090 trust it ain't worth paying the silly prices for top end... most games are software broken

You... bought a 4090... but it's not worth buying top end...

I'm thinking up upgrading from a 5900x to this for that specific reason... Streets FPS is still awful on the 5900x

Been tempted to swap my 3800X for a 5800X3D, but now I’m tempted to go for this! Course I’d need a new Mobo & RAM…

Coming from a b450 / 5700x. Will I notice any improvement in games with the 7800x3d?

Using Vsync with 60fps cap @ 1440p resolution with 7800xt GPU.

I got this from Scan at the weekend, My 3D Mark Timespy score has more than doubled from 5200 CPU score with my I7 8700K to 12700 with the 7800X3D and total score of 19256, which is quite good
