Can see that there are 5 revisions. How can be determined which one is this one. Surely one of the latest because includes the 6e wireless. Good price anyway.

No . I bought this a week ago for 126gbp. And rev was 1.2 and supports wifi 6E

It's a real pity Gigabyte don't put front USB C support on their AORUS boards, I have the ITX version and its a good board but also lacking front USB C support, I know there are ways around it but I couldn't be arsed so put it in a fractal design core 500, which has no front usb C anyway.

    there is front usb C.

Will using both of the pcie nvme slots at the same time reduce the x16 pcie slot speed for the graphics card?
    all2humanuk's avatar
No. Different paths to the processor and these days separate lanes to the processor. So no impact on the GPU.

So it will probably prioritise the x16 GPU slot while limiting lanes for one of the nvme if everything is populated, so GPU would likely be fine. A small consideration is if the CPU supports PCIe 3.0 or 4.0. I have the 5600g in mind Vs a 5600x. In which case there would be less lanes and some throttling. You'd need to specify your CPU and check out the manual to be sure.

I thought it was great mobo, looking at specs carefully. Purchased about a year ago, and it is great except one thing: it does NOT support sleep/hibernation correctly. Board was in the GB service, returned back different unit (same model) and still the same, altough service didn't find anything wrong. Lol. Said they can't check 10 sleep states/turning on cycles all in the row, but wait some time between sleep and waking up. No, they have no time for this, very busy with chasing imaginery faults reported by users. If they were listening what these users say, they wouldn't have these useless checks at all :/
By the way - not consistent "back" function in UEFI BIOS using Esc key, sometimes it goes back more than one level. Other brands do have much better UEFI navigation.
My RTX 4060 works 4.0 x8, but this is a such card construction, it simply works as 4.0 x8 everywhere. (edited)

You need to look on tweaktown gigabyte forums and ask stasio if he has a beta bios that might fix the sleep issues,or there might be already one posted
