1. Customers may trade in their serial number-identified Bose Product (Trade-in Product) for an instant trade-in credit (Instant Credit) which will be used to discount the purchase price of a new Bose Product (New Product) purchased directly from Bose.
2. Offer valid only on purchases of the offered New Product purchased directly from Bose in the United Kingdom. Consumer’s right of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of the new Product applies, except for the value of the Instant Credit.
3. For offers where Bose ships a New Product in advance, the Trade-in Product must be received within 30 days of placing your order or the amount of credit may be billed to you.
4. Customer must use the Bose pre-paid shipping label when mailing the Trade-in Product to Bose.
5. Bose has sole discretion on the value of the Instant Credit based on fair and transparent criteria.
6. Product trade-ins are final. After you accept the Instant Credit and send Bose your Trade-in Product you cannot get the Trade-in Product returned to you.
7. Instant Credit is not redeemable for cash and will be instantly applied to the price of the New Product upon Bose’s receipt of the Trade-in Product.
8. By accepting the Instant Credit, you represent that you are the owner of the Trade-in Product. Title to your Trade-in Product will pass to Bose when you purchase a New Product through this Trade-in Program.
9. Bose reserves the right to limit or reject any trade-in at Bose’s sole discretion.
10. Bose reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
11. This Program cannot be combined with other offers or discounts, applied to previous purchases, or be applied toward taxes or shipping.
12. By placing an order through the Bose Trade-in Program, you additionally agree to be bound by the Bose Terms of Sale, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy as found on this site. In the event of conflict between these Trade-in Program Terms & Conditions and other terms and conditions on this site, these Trade-in Program Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
