Looks good to me! I have something similar but with less places for cats to sleep and my cat loves it!
But as with all cats they will use it only if they want to..... could be either a great buy or a total waste

We have this. The kittens played with it a bit then as they got older they didn't like it. Now neither they or their big sister use it lol. Shame cos it's really good quality and not too tricky to assemble.

Placement might be an issue. I have two which have been used for many years and one of which my current pair inherited from my previous cats. They are placed so that my girls can get some height and watch me while I watch TV. If they're stuffed away out of the way somewhere they might not have any desire to use them.

I have this and it’s great, easy to assemble, sturdy and the cats enjoy it, well it seems like they do. Had ours for 4 months now and still in great condition.

Have one of these. Not great to be honest. Very small and wobbly. Getting into the box area in the middle is weird as the hole is too small for a normal size cat.
