Habitat Egyptian Cotton 400TC White Fitted Sheet King Size - Free C&C

Was looking for a good quality bed sheet and realized Egyptian cotton fabric is superior in softness and durability compared to other, which obviously comes at a premium price. There are also two weave patterns which are percale (matt finish) and sateen (smoother, softer and have a slight sheen).

Began searching for a good price and realized John Lewis and M&S sell them for £50 and £35 each. Then came across the Habitat one which Argos sell for £28 but if you order from Habitat website it can be had £3 cheaper, and you can collect them at any Argos or Sainsburys branches for next day collection.
The reviews on Habitat website show customers love them for quality and price, one particularly mentioned he/she can not believe the price!
