    I personally would not buy direct from JBL again. I bought the 510BT headphones a week ago and was dissapointed with them so asked for free return. They sent me return instructions with hyperlinks which didn't work, so I had to go on livechat to get proper return instructions sent. Then I find they have to be returned to Holland and I have to print five pages of documents to go with the return . Some have to be in colour and papers then have to be placed in a see through envelope (which I don't have).... OK they pay the return and its UPS, so drop off fairly easy but I won't use them again. Prefer to buy from a UK retailer with easy return system that works first time....

    Yeah they track Harman really well, ANC is not as strong as Anker Q30 (which do sound worse fwiw). But for £50 idk if you can complain
