I wouldn’t recommend. Broke just after a year. JL won’t do anything until authorised by LG. LG won’t consider a refund until 28 working days have passed… (edited)

What? If its in 28 days of purchases you can just back it as not fit for purpose I though? More info pls?

Oh dear. I haven't heard good reviews on Samsung machines either. I've seen lots of people reporting broken seals very early on and Samsung are slow to repair. 🤷🏻

Would like feedback too. Need a new one quite soon. But I guess with John Lewis warranty, there is some piece of mind......right?

Cheers, truth is we've had a Samsung for the last 12 years that has hardly missed a beat,I normally stick to the Which recommend as I did with this last purchase, ill likely go with Samsung again still rates very highly with Which, just couldn't push the boat out for a Bosch or Miele amazon.co.uk/dp/…c=1

Hard to choose this over the Hisense washer dryer heat pump, wifi enabled, super energy efficient and 1400rpm, 10.5kg load for £500

    Where is that from? Thanks

I've recently bought the LG F4Y513WWLN1 and had a poor delivery experience from JL I'm afraid it can be pot luck with washing machines the previous one was a Bosch that lasted over 12 years even thought the mother board had to be replaced under the 2 year guarantee even when the repairer said it was OK as soon as the board was replaced it lasted another 10 years, prior to that another Bosch failed just out of 12 month guarantee and had to buy one quickly, fingers crossed the LG will last time will tell, as I say pot luck to some extent.
