I've got 2 of the previous generation (Micro USB).

The quality of light is excellent, as long as you connect to power. If running on internal power, the light is not as bright and loses brightness very quickly. Run time is under 30 mins, which is very poor.

    The other issues:

The clock is about 10 minutes out, in a week!

Temperature reading is incorrect, when the light is on. The light warms up the whole light when it is on.

FYI this loses about a minute a day

That is insignificant. I have a day in front of me every morning, then by midnight it's gone. So I am losing a day a day.

So basically a lamp when taking into account the dreadful quality of the timekeeping!
