I brought this yesterday for £169, and collected it this morning. Once I got home I saw this post. I contacted Argos via their online chat bot and spoke to a very helpful lady who said they can refund the difference if you have the proof of purchase email and that you go back to the store to do it. So I screenshot the conversation just incase and went back. The store was happy to refund the £20 difference. They did it under the “change of mind within 30 days” scheme. So they refunded me £169 on their system, then instantly repurchased the item at the new cheaper £149 price, and then asked me to put my card in to receive the £20 refund.

So be sure to take the debit card you used online to get the refund. I didn’t even have to take the item back with me. Just the original email receipt and the debit card used for purchase.

Hope this helps anyone who purchased at the more expensive price. It’s well worth doing for £20 back (edited)

Just to let people know that Amazon wouldn't do the same price difference refund. I asked before delivery if this could be done, and they said it would be as soon as it was delivered. Once it was, they didn't honour that commitment. Avoid Amazon if you can.

You CAN do homemade roast potatoes in these, but don't. They come out lovely and crispy but go soft in minutes. They're pretty terrible.

Nothing beats a cast iron roaster in the oven to keep spuds crispy.

Anyone know if you can combine promo codes? I have a £7 off a £75 spend

Had mine a couple of years, it’s great, use it every day and never touch my oven except for the odd pizza. Heat!

We qtr our pizzas and do them in the air fryer, delicious 😁

Great deal for anyone who didn't get it for the £150 direct from ninja a few months ago, hardly ever use my actual oven now

Definitely. After cashback and additional nectar points it’s working out about £132. I bought yesterday at £169 but not opened so returning it and ordered again!

The price on this has been dropping everywhere since Friday. I need to stop looking.

We bought the 451 model from Argos yesterday. Is it worth returning that and getting this to save the 30 quid?

Can anyone in the know say what the differences are?

    Thanks.

As far as I can see it’s just a temperature probe. I decided it wasn’t worth extra money.

Worth checking Amazon to see if you have the 15% off home promotion - it was directly on the page of this air fryer which they’ve price matched. Brought it down to £126 for me

If you buy something for Argos cheap, e.g batteries. After checkout it gives you the option to sign up to completesavings. If you sign up you can buy a £100 Argos gift card at 20% off. Just a little extra saving, plus the £17 extra cashback you get.

I bought this yesterday from John Lewis for £20 more using a Quidco £20 off voucher. The voucher hasn’t tracked and nor has the purchase so although it hasn’t arrived yet I’ll be returning it as I’ve already bought and collected one this afternoon from Argos (plus TopCashback has tracked).

It’s in the car still as it’s for a Christmas gift and it says Ninja on the box so waiting for the individual to go out so I can get it inside and wrapped.

I’ve stopped using Quidco as I had a few things not tracking. I find tcb more reliable.

Can anyone post if this comes in a generic brown box or does it come with original ninja white branding box please? Thanks

I bought this yesterday and we've already used it so I've been on to Argos live chat and because I paid in gift vouchers that I get discounted through work they gave me £20 back on a gift card. Happy with that

That’s good to know. I get those as well but decided not to use in case the price dropped elsewhere and I was stuck with a large chunk of them if I refunded.

Great price i paid £155 2 weeks ago from Ninja website havent usex my cooker since
    louiearch9309's avatar
It is and it isn't. Which review has this model as diminishing returns where it doesn't cook as good as the AF300UK when filled. However, mostly I'll be cooking for two so the extra space should work to my advantage. I think this might be why the product is priced so closely to the AF300UK

We bought this for 169.99 last night on the Curry’s website. Spoke to someone on their webchat this morning and they were happy to price match so this would be a good call for anyone who can’t get to Argos.
  34. Bazzy's avatar
    Hi!

Haha on me - I just bought earlier from Ninja directly for £161! This was not being reduced till very recently so I assumed it would always be more than the AF400! Oh well - not too a big hit to swallow!
  35. sheffield788's avatar
Good price and hot. Ours is nearly 2 years old. We hardly use the oven now. Paid £150 for ours, and that was a good price.

Fantastic deal, currently have a 6.5l air fryer from Asda which is used daily. Finally got to use my £100 free e-gift i got when i bought my LG tv from argos recently (edited)

I bought this from curry’s online for £179 on Friday and collected from the store. Just got off webchat now with curry’s and they’ve agreed to price match the Argos £149. Result as I wanted the white model that is unique to curry’s  to match other appliances in the kitchen.
