About this deal

£999 or £1004 if you do not have a members card

This is good value for a starter Full Suspension bike if you are interested taking up trail riding

Air fork, good rear suspension, deore 11 speed groupset and a dropper

Polygon generally get the geometry spot on, this is one of their better styled bikes also

Best full sus around a grand I would say

This looks good also with some trade offs in some areas but better styling and marginly better components in some areas

Interested in getting your kid involved to? This for 574 is stonking value with only size small left

Actually a very good price. The Sun Tour forks leave a lot to be desired but 120mm travel, boost axel and a Tapered steam, means it's easily upgradable.

11 Speed Deore as well. A lot to like about this bike at £999. Cracking bike for someone just starting out on there Mountain Bike journey.

I missed it has a dropper as well and Shimano MT201, instead of the usual entry level Clarkes! (edited)

Good to see proper full suspension bikes instead of steel-framed full-sus BSOs.

The Siskiu from Blacks is an absolute bargain if you're small.

Got this bike last week as Blacks (part of the same group) were selling it for £909.00.

Blue light discount of 15% on top means I paid £780.00 all in. Bargain of a bike. Haven't had a proper chance to ride it yet. Plan is to go tubeless with new tyres, bit don't think anything else needs changing straight away.

Surely the Jamis Dakar is a better buy than this at the same price? (edited)

I looked at that as I prefer it's geometry. But it's 27.5 and 10 speed. So while comparable some might be after a 29er.

i'm still undecided if I favour one or the other. in terms of wheel size. Own boht sizes in Hard Tails, can't afford full sus money in the spec's I would want (edited)

Looking to dabble into MTN bikes, usually ride road. Would this be a good bike to get started? There's a Carrera Vulcan 2021 (Hard tail) for £200 on FB market place which I was looking at. Which is better value? Thanks

Do no harm picking up that Vulcan for 180 then testing the waters to see if you would like trail riding before investing but that bike isn't for proper trails

You will see ride improvements across the board with a bike like this and simple gear changes with the 1 speed
