Worst Service provider EVER. Could not make or receive calls on 2 different sims for me and Mrs.
Absolutely atrocious CS. Failed to get through for days on end. Finally ported both numbers, even though I had paid upfront for the sims.

Agreed, 3 sims in house and all would goto voicemail on first call then ring

    Also randomly would stop working

Oh and if like me were using their SIM as an emergency SIM in the car cut you off if you havant made a call in 90 days. I understand this is a policy of most PAYG networks but I had paid for a years SIM upfront.

Not sure what the issue people having with RWG. I had two sims with them. My first sim the monthly roll over of data and minutes didn’t happen. So I called and the lady asked me to make sure my phone is reset and it all went fine. My wife’s sim just worked and never had issue.

I also found the customer help line was easy to get through.

Only issue I had with the sims were they didn’t have any wifi calling function what so ever. They were piggie backed off EE but just no WiFi calling. Wasn’t made aware of it as I needed wifi calling at home due to poor indoor signal. Anyway, it is not someone they did but me not doing sufficient research.

For me these are sufficient to not want to deal with them anymore
    - No app to check your remaining data is one reason
    - in fact for their data only plans you CANNOT check remaining allowance via making short call (which you can for their plans that come to with minutes and calls) is reason two
    - ordering an EE Sim and them sending me one with Three instead is reason number three
    - Customer Services hardly ever responding to your query via email, and when they do talking nonsense is reason number four

    I could keep going

Indeed, all your incoming calls go to answerphone, even in a good signal area and their customer service is non existent.

Is it that bad, normally wary of MVNOs anyway but they used to be really cheap.

Some of the prices are ridiculously expensive. When it is data only - I assume there are no minutes included.

Have you looked at O2, they are rated 1.1 in comparison RWG looks amazing

I do love this Idea, but I would just use my sim (Vodafone) and then buy an ESIM on another network that uses three, Would have 2 numbers, but I could use the 2 sims for data use

Physical sim + Esim for data use

These are a bunch of clowns.
    no app.
    useless customer service
messed up my port causing me to lose the number in the end.

customer service is as good as their incoming and outgoing call success rate

    zero.

They are a bunch of clowns, one to be avoided.
