    Pros and cons (as an owner) Pro - it is relatively small. Cons - the door is really dark (hard to see the food inside when in use), the door is plastic and doesn't feel too durable, and my display has started to go crazy (after 10 months)

    I own one of these, wouldn't recommend. I've had it less than 2 years and the cancel button has stopped behaving, and the screen's starting to break.

    I've googled for possible causes etc. and there's quite a lot of upset owners with similar issues. Mainboard just isn't designed to last at all, and repairs cost nearly the cost of the microwave again.

    We bought this a few months ago and love it. It’s big enough luckily to hold a dinner plate and the footprint is a lot smaller than our old one. Looks nice too and prefer the dial and simple control panel.

    I would stick with a British brand such as Russell Hobbs because the quality is better and keeps money in the country. Samsung is ok but this is a Chinese brand.

    Don't, takes forever to heat food up. At least double the time compared to our old one

    I have a Samsung Microwave, it's older than my teenage daughter and it's still going strong.

    No requirement for manufacturer (non)warranty registration nonsense.
    A failure at two years since purchase is a straightforward Consumer Rights Act claim - especially premature failure of a hilariously "premium" device such as a Samdung.

    Present your CRA claim to the retailer that sold you the prematurely busted rubbish.
