a good price, yet it is firmly believed both:
A. Sonos will release rival headphones in the coming months
B: Sony XM6 are due later this year.

I actually favoured the bose QC ultra over these, in my office, the Noise cancelling on the bose was superior.

Should look at the new Sony ULT WEAR headphones before jumping on these... £179 and just about as good in most respects. tbh I think I prefer the ULTs slightly on sound and comfort but ymmv.
