I have a cheapish LG TV from 2 years ago, and I think it's great.... One thing though, I nearly got it refunded in the first week until I sorted out some of the settings...
(update firmware, AND particularly prevented the "startup mode" (or something like that) it was doing which was making the TV crash as they have low Ram...
I would advise googling the exact model and see if any such issues)
anyhow, yes 2 years later and my cheapish LG tv been great since) (edited)
LG TV picture settings
First, select Standard mode under picture settings and set Dynamic Contrast to low.
Set Noise Reduction, Colour Adjustment and Super Resolution to low, too.
Put Colour Gamut to native and turn off Motion Eye Care.
From last night's setting up process, I seem to remember preferring 'Vibrant' to 'standard', but I suppose that's going to vary from person to person.
EDIT: Which recommend the following as best settings for this particular TV. Again, I haven't tried them myself, but hope you find them a useful starting point:

Picture quality 'straight out of the box' is nothing to write home about (quite poor actually), but a bit of adjustment resulted in vibrant colours and perfectly decent contrast. Really nothing to complain about here.
As the Which review states, sound quality from the built-in speakers is poor, but I've found that to be par for the course with entry level TVs. A modest sound bar will do the job for you.
The magic remote is quite nice to use, though the menu system can be a bit sluggish.
Overall, I'd say it's solid value at the price. My son is absolutely delighted with it. He uses it mostly for Xbox and media streaming (Netflix etc) and has no complaints.
The £100 voucher is pretty much like cash to me, as I shop at Argos quite a bit (mostly as a result of deals posted on here - deals like this one). (edited)
The remote is decent and the smart TV stuff works perfectly. I can't really fault anything (which is rare for me). Picture quality obviously isn't comparable to top of the range models but it still looks pretty good to me. It isn't the best for gaming, but again can't moan at the price point.
I'm assuming this TV will basically be the same just a few little HW and SW upgrades. For this price I'd say it's well worth a punt!
I’m thinking of getting this for my son, so he can play the switch / watch Netflix / Disney +
HDR yes dolby vision no. Bluetooth is also a yes
But in all fairness it is really really average for a TV (edited)
£100 Argos Gift card. Not seeing your £25 you've mentioned? (edited)
Toshiba T.V's are awful

Edit:just checked stock and snagged one ten minutes drive away (edited)
Voted cold by accident, the heck (edited)
This would make £273 net for this package assuming Argos gift cards are as good to you as cash. (edited)

My dad could care less if he had the latest and greatest OLED, I'd try and tell him the differences but he wouldn't care.
All he cares about is screen size and how thin it is lol (edited)
If you’re after 120Hz/fps gaming which is one of the main points of the X then you’re looking at £800ish minimum for a large screen OLED, or a gaming monitor which is more like £150 but obviously smaller at that price point. (edited)
If you click check stock amd put in your postcode it will show you nearest stock to you ...
The TV is decent, sound / picture / UI all fine certainly for a 2nd / bedroom TV, the UI is a bit slow which might grate as a main TV but it's faster than a £350 Samsung I purchased a couple of years ago.
Don't hesitate if you can get one!
