I have this exact sofa with the footstool bought last year September. Comfortable and worth the price nothing negative to say from me would recommend!

I'll never buy from DFS again, last order I placed was in 2021 and I'm still calling them today for a service visit. It's been 2 years and they can't get the parts even tho the engineer I spoke to said it can't be repaired and should be refunded but DFS say they engineer doesn't know what he is talking about. I have been going around in circles and it's been the worst 2 years dealing with DFS who just don't have the experience in dealing with repairs. No more DFS stay away not worth the trouble. Sofa I ordered was damaged and got ripped in first week so I'm in a predicament thinking of cancelling the monthly payments (edited)

Had this exact sofa (and the swivel chair) well over a year and no issues... No issues with DFS either. Cost me 1500+ when i got it. Would be more then happy with this price
Had this couch for almost 6 years and loved everything about it mine was slightly in front of a window and it got sun damaged but that was my fault. Changed to 2 leather couches and hate them would go back to this in a minute at this price.
I’ve owned this sofa since July and was very dubious after all the horror stories I’ve heard about DFS but it is one of the most comfortable sofas I’ve ever sat on, everyone who comes round also comments on how lovely and comfortable it is, would definitely recommend
Do the covers come off the cushions on this? We have 2 dogs who like to go in the garden and then jump on the sofaI personally did and stuck them in the machine at a low wash and they came up a treat
Dfs are awfullll had a bad experience with them recently 4 months 3 different sofas delivered all faulty holes stains wood broken got refund in the end
Would not buy anything from dfs, horrible experience.

I have this without the stool. Its now 7 years old. Its been in our cabin (man cave) at end of the garden and it's been great. Comfortable and stylish but would not want it as a main piece of furniture. Cost me £799. Just wondering if there will ever be a day when DFS do not have a sale

We have this sofa, one of the cushions burst and went out of shape, DFS replaced it quickly and without issue, impressive service.

I have this sofa and highly recommend it for anyone interested in buying
DFS are absolute cowboys. Spent almost 2k on a corner sofa set less than 2 years ago and it’s awful.
They’ve had to come out three times already to fix it and under the sale of goods act I think I have recourse for a refund.
PLEASE AVOID DFS!!!Similar experience. Spent over 1k, had my sofa for a few months and it came apart.
Almost 6 months later of chasing them up and they still haven't sorted it. Absolute shambles. Definitely won't be buying anything from DFS again.- Cheap
I also have this sofa for nearly a year and it’s great no issues- Great deal - we've had this sofa around 5 years and it's perfect for what we want. Very comfy and a great size.
Is it possible to get this in right hand corner?Yes you can get either left or right we have it in the right hand corner version in our living room
