Update 1
More sizes back in stock
Now available with the 600 lux embroidered cover.
Today we've got these Rem-Fit 600 Lux down in price as an exclusive for hotukdeals members. We've been working on getting the best prices possible and we came up with this. They are one of the higher end models and reduced nicely with the the largest UK size (Super King) coming out at £449.70.

The 100 night trial does apply on this and returns are also free. Rem-Fit do advise that you stick with it for at least 30 days, to give yourself time to adjust. Details on the trial can be found here

"Sleep on it, jump on it and everything in between - it's yours for 100 nights to fall in love with. If it's not right for you, we'll collect for free and refund you in full."

These are now shipped with the correct cover, where previoulsy they had one of the same quality, but didn't have the 600 Lux embroidery.

Note: The mattress will be encased in a branded REM-Fit cover, including the grey swoosh, just minus the 600 Lux model embroidery.

As you can see below there are 10 different sizes included, so plenty of choice.

4000 Premium Pocket Springs
Through rigorous testing, our sleep researchers found that spring systems below 8cm in height provided inadequate support and failed to isolate partner movement. For undisturbed sleep & superior support the 600 Lux uses a 17cm tall dual spring system layer comprised of 4000 premium pocket springs.

Zoned Pressure Relief
We’ve zoned our memory foam layer, varying its levels of density to deliver targeted, precise support and comfort to the different areas of the body. This helps with relieving pressure point build up occurring around the more bony areas whilst not having to compromise on back support.

Open-Cell Memory Foam
Our unique open cell memory foam provides advanced temperature regulation without the use of cooling chemicals. Overheating during sleep is one of the key reasons for unexplained waking during the night, disturbing our sleep cycles and affecting our overall rest & recovery.

Have just had a close look at the listing on their site and I am concerned by this paragraph.

"Please note that the REM-Fit mattress will come with a branded cover that includes the grey swoosh but excludes the gold swoosh and the 600 Lux model embroidery. Rest assured, this is an authentic REM-Fit 600 Lux mattress, just with a cover that is not specific to any particular model."

It makes me wonder whether these are refurbished mattresses with a generic cover but with their full 15 year warrantee??

    rem-fit.co.uk/pro…086

Maybe HUKD can share the reality please??

Please be assured that this is a genuine 600 Lux Mattress model. It is not a refurbished model or sample model of any description. We are working through surplus stock of a promotional mattress cover from a discontinued line. The quality of the cover is the exact same high standard as the ReAx fabric cover you see in the images above. Thank you for taking time to consider our offer

I can't comment on this particular brand, but...
We've not had good experiences with memory foam mattresses and having had 2 we went back to regular ones with a thick topper which is cheap to replace in comparison. They were great for a while, and very comfortable but that goes down hill quickly when they started to wear, to the point we couldn't sleep on them. The foam just didn't last, after about 18 months it didn't bounce back or support us anywhere near as much as new and the bit you lay on is worn out. When it's worn out, you have to bin the whole bed - buying a normal mattress then adding a thick topper is much more cost effective and you end up with a better sleep as the memory foam is always fairly new.
Just my experience, others may have different ones.

Reading through their 15-Year Full Replacement Guarantee anything other than basically brand new condition may not be accepted. If it isn't you have to pay the return or pay for them to dispose of it.
I'd like to bet they'd find a way to wriggle out of it, particularly this part, 'Should the mattress be stained or marked in any way we reserve the right to refuse the guarantee' like that affects the defect.....
I can say with some certainty, it will have marks after a year or two due to sweating being foam, or something as simple as scratching a scab off in your sleep and a bit of blood being on it.

Plus if they raise the price (which they obviously will over 15 years), you have to pay the difference! and if you buy it reduced, that's basically gonna be a fortune and I bet they base that on full retail, even if it's on sale when you return it! Basically it seems like a 15-Year Full Replacement Guarantee that is unlikely to be honoured unless you haven't slept on it for any amount of time. (edited)

I guess it all depends on which mattress you have previously owned as memory foam comes in loads of different grades and densities, both of which will make a difference. Also, memory foam combined with springs is very different to just a pure foam mattress. I looked though their 15 year guarantee and it clearly states that should the mattress dip beyond certain levels or should the foam split, they will honour a full replacement, there is also no mention about a sliding warranty type stipulation that you have described where the difference in cost would need to be paid on a future replacement, which suggests to me that you wouldn't be expected to pay any difference whatsoever should they provide a replacement. I got one of their cheaper models through here earlier in the year and so far so good.

I do not recommend it, the mattress broke down after 8 months and my complaint has been pending for over 3 months.
    eoa106's avatar
Thanks for sharing your experience, really valuable. Do you mind sharing some more details - what happened to the mattress?

Eight months is obviously way too short life time. We've had our current mattress for over 10 years now (yes, it is a bit worn out!)

So mine arrived fine. Takes an hour or two to most fully 'erect' from vacuum packed. No smell I noticed. The quality of the cover is mediocre TBH. After it unfurled itself I looked to move it using the sewn in grab handles on the base and immediately one pulled away. Poor quality and insufficient stitching for sure. The cover of course will rarely be seen, so not a big deal, but you do worry about quality when that happens. It may be an issue if I send it back and the handle is pulled away!! Anyway, slept on it last night and all was fine. Very different to my Eve and Simba which seemed better put together, eg the quality of handle stitching and materials just light years better. Also, my Ceasar, which is no longer sold in the UK and the best of the lot, still happy after 4 years. Of course, both the others ended up being thrown after around 2-3 years as they'd sagged so badly, so who knows. Slept fine. This one is a tad less firm than my others, around the edges, similar to the Caesar, so don't fall off it, but it has a firm enough centre. I'm OK with it and will get used to the difference. I'd say 8/10 am happy overall.

Moved mattress to other bedroom , on moving on to other bed a handle come of, as yours, seems the thread not strong enough, maybe good enough for zip fitment but not for handle?

Was looking at the 500 ortho for my bad back, they look decent but I'll definitely hold out for a firmer one than this one. Hot if you don't need it as firm as I do!
    cibarious's avatar
I would drop them a line and ask them if they can help you out with the price of the 500 Ortho mentioning this offer.

The worst they can say is no!

I purchased a single and a double mattress from Rem-Fit on the back of this deal and like to share my experiences. I paid £900 for the items.
Initial communications were good and the delivery service was excellent. Mattresses seemed good enough and are comfortable. There was a strong smell from the foam which has mainly resolved now (a month later).
I was informed that I would receive generic covers as the ones for the mattresses were not in stock. They gave me a 6% discount after having to argue my case that they could have let me know beforehand. I’m not sure if this is a good deal or not. The covers I received aren’t of particularly good quality.
I also received 2 free pillows which were both different. The company were not interested in my complaints about this and they stated “they were free and nowhere did it say they would be the same”, and also “the 100 day return policy does not extend to the free pillows”. Pretty poor patter in my view. The pillows are vastly different in style, shape, and softness. It would have been easier to swallow if they offered an exchange but this was apparently not an option they would consider.
I am considering sending the lot back but I do have to say that the mattresses are comfortable and I am happy with them.
I just get the feeling that this company is a bit careless and not really interested in customer satisfaction once the sale has been made.
I’m still in the 100 days refund window so will persevere for now. My personal thought is that if I have any further concerns about quality in the next month, I will be returning the items.
A mixed and frustrating experience for myself but outweighed by the comfort of the mattresses at this time. I do not think I will use this company in future though.

You're complaining about the 2 free pillows you won in their raffle?!

Just had some issues with my 3.5 years old rem-fit 500. Contacted customer services and guess what? A couple of days later my mattress was collected upon delivery of the new replacement under 15 years warranty. Great after sales customer service, great mattress, highly recommend!!!

If a mattress comes in a box then what you are buying is air and a low density product which allows itself to be compressed. A decent pocket sprung one weighs 50kg ish and you cant even bend them. I know which one will last 20 years and which one will dip after 12-24 months.
    WilliamJones96's avatar
Nonsense comment, we bought an Emma mattress which was rolled up in a box and it’s the best mattress we’ve ever had. It has lasted longer than 24 months with no problem
  10. cibarious's avatar
Hello prompted by a message reminder from this listing, I decided to post my experiences, having had the mattress for a couple of months.

Being a rolled and bagged mattress, it came complete with a LOT of chemical smells which hung around for around a fortnight. When those smells died away to a much lower level, a musty smell appeared and it is still there at a very low level around 2 months later.

Having got that out of the way, my wife and I agree that so far it has been nice to sleep on and are happy there is a "15 year warranty" as the Simba mattress that it replaced went to the tip after 4 1/2 years.

Assuming the warranty is as good as it suggests it is and if you can sleep through the smells, I would suggest this mattress is worth buying.

To share an unfortunately negative experience. I took delivery of a Brand New single 600 LUX that was part of their overstock sales at the beginning of October 2023.

In that time, it has softened significantly and way beyond what I’d expect reasonable for 5 months, let alone 15 years as they guarantee, and I’m going to request a replacement at the very least.

I bought a double from this deal because I was impressed in December, now I have pretty high concerns.

To cover off any questions, I use my bed normally (ie not misused as a trampoline) and I weigh a very normal amount (thank you!).

    I’d hesitate to buy again.

Let us know how the replacement process goes. A company is only as good as their support

Had a bad experience with them last year. They delivered my 600 LUX ripped because the courier guy, dragged it on the road, and ripped the outside cover (it's heavy).
They insisted to send me a generic cover but I refused and refunded after weeks with mails, texts and phone calls.
I assume that these mattresses are NEW returns were something similar happened and now they sell them at a reduced price with a generic cover
    REM-FIT-CS's avatar
Sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience with. We don't always carry stock of the model specific covers, which is why we would have offered to send out a generic REM-Fit branded cover of the exact same quality.

Please be know that this is a genuine 600 Lux Mattress model. It is not a refurbished model or sample model of any description. We are working through surplus stock of a promotional mattress cover from a discontinued line. Not too soft IMO. I've had Caesar, Eve and Simba and all kinda similar in firmness. This one very slightly less firm but only around the edges.

Is anyone struggling with the smell? I'm two weeks in, love how comfortable it is but can't shift the chemical smell.

Think it might have to go back 😞
    Avotom's avatar
Yes mine has been 10 days and still stinks
  20. Weehamish's avatar
    Okay so reading the actual model details it states the below;

Base spring layer: 2000 (15cm tall) encapsulated premium pocket springs for support

    • Comfort spring layer: 2000 (2cm tall) encapsulated premium mini-pocket springs for comfort

So it's really only 2000 pocket sprung.

I wouldn't mind trying it out though if its really 100 night trial and return with no issues
    Stormpooper's avatar
Go for it, I mean you have to try it to find out.... at this price it's cheap enough to be fair, I wasn't trying to put people off, just relaying our experiences and suggesting alternatives - but don't let that affect your decision, this wasn't the brand we had. 1 was emma, the other was some other brand I can't remember as it was froma bed shop, wasn't a main stream brand to be fair.
I can defintely recommend this topper they are fantastic and reasonably priced if not. (edited)

I've got the 500 ortho and have had it for 2 years now and it's pretty much the same as when I got it.

Not had any roll together with the mattress and that's with the other half spinning around like a tumble dryer during the night.

I paid £520 all in for a king-sized mattress with a free mattress protector and 2 x rem fit 400 pillows but I wasn't a fan of them and gave them off as they were too thin and didn't give me much support (could just be me preference wise)

All in all I'd recommend the 500 ortho and would buy it again.
    dz1's avatar
I found the 600 too firm at 7.5/10 for firmness. The 500 is even firmer with a 9/10 rating.

Mine arrived today. Seems solidly constructed and initial impressions are that it's comfortable. Arrived rolled in a bag within a heavy duty bag. No damage as some mentioned on delivery, it's very heavy so 2 people are needed to lift (king size).

Only issue is the courier seems to have forged a signature on the delivery slip.

I asked if it needed signing for, they just gave me the survey to complete and when I recieved the email with proof of delivery there is a signature with my name but it's not mine.

All these foam mattress are the same. I’ve had 4 in different rooms, send 2 back, about to send the 3rd one back. They sag and if you’re on the edge it’s really soft and you can roll off the bed.

What a ridiculous thing to say as they are not all the same and you should not be sitting or lying on the edge as this is it's weakest point (It's where my awesome Ikea latex mattress failed because my wife and daughter kept sitting on the edge)
