Is this because Mercedes is slow or because Royal Mail ?
Or could be Mercedes redesigned the envelope for the worse.
Mercedes is the only one with an online form, while the others ask you to send a stamped return envelope. I did it in the 2021 season. The only ones I didn't get were the European teams (Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, Alpha Tauri) because you need different stamps
