Got 2 of these, they're excellent

Bought this a couple of weeks ago at full as I didn't think it would be reduced for a while after black friday.
Great monitor although having only one hdmi port is a pain as I have mine connected to a work laptop, personal laptop and ps5 so had to buy a switch
    algecan's avatar
I bought an avidgram hdmi2.1 switch from amazon. Seems to be doing the job fine. Just make sure it is a hdmi 2.1 switch if you are using the monitor with hdmi2.1 input like a ps5

Have had one of these for around 3 years or so now, think it was 175 quid on a sale. Still going strong, Vastly superior picture quality on than my 1440p 240hz HP Omen, Odyssey G7, and my Odyssey G65B. An absolutely brilliant monitor. This price point for that quality is unreal.

3 years ? have they been out that long thought was quite a recent model ?

I have this monitor got it for £175
Amazing , living up to the hype
  5. jacob_81's avatar
Received mine yesterday. Does anyone else have such a bad backlight bleeding in the corners?

    uzzyfudge10's avatar
That doesn't look right I'd send it back

Anyone got a 10% code they don't need?

Just sign up. Anyone can. I just did and it took 30 seconds. Link in the description.

No speakers and no audio out for a console?
    premonition987's avatar
If ps5 I use USB to 3.5mm audio jack with mine works great. Have this: ebay.co.uk/itm…813
  10. jonneyt's avatar
This says it comes with USB C to Display Port adaptor. Does anyone know if I use that whether it would charge my laptop in the same way USB C does?
    Cameron92's avatar
    Nope

Like other owners of this monitor - it's fantastic. Sharp, great colours and uniform black across whole screen.
  12. Rick1990's avatar
Looks like you can't connect it to a monitor extension stand to increase the height ?
    Cristian_Creanga's avatar
51957030-CS8Ci.jpgIt has vesa , so you can use any monitor arm basically

Ordered this monitor in November, very happy.
  14. Scrooge_82's avatar
Amy suggestions for a similar monitor?

looking for 1440p ps5 VRR but with basic speakers.
    Subhaan27032's avatar
I bought this Dell but am returning it because of lack of speakers and ports to attach any kind of external speakers. Haven’t found any other good deals, but thinking of going for this laptopsdirect.co.uk/lg-…asp

Really good monitor for the price. Currently using this alongside a 1080p Acer. Very tempting to replace that...must resist!
  16. dealymcdealyface's avatar
Literally just bought a monitor off Amazon out of desperation (Koorui) because my other monitor packed in. Will be returning that and buying this instead
  17. trancefreak87's avatar
Heat! Missed out on the black friday deal and was waiting to come down in price again! Thanks OP! Ordered

    Ordered thanks !

Bought, replacing a 120hz IPS Korean monitor I bought around 2010. It says a month delivery. Bought in Ireland for 230 euro (198 quid). If it had little no to glow and no dead pixels it'll be the best thing I've bought for the price
    Pring's avatar
It's already been shipped, delivery estimate was over cautious
  20. dean_brfc's avatar
Ordered mine yesterday afternoon and it just got delivered, excellent service!

I have this. Good quality, picture is decent, bright, some amount of bleed but can live with it. I use it half the time in an office setup which is where the limitations creep in, lack of sound, no display daisy chaining, no USB hub. But it's not sold as an office monitor, just worth bearing in mind if any of those are important to you.

Heat! Thank you OP for posting this and thank you to everyone in the comment section, felt comfortable buying it and I can tell I'll be happy with the purchase
  23. lemonshiba's avatar
I was bummed I missed out on this during BF as they were out of stock, thanks OP, heat added and picked one up!
  24. Pring's avatar
Got mine. Beautiful screen. Didn't bother looking for backlight bleed or dead pixels as It looks perfect in normal use and gaming. For this price I'm very impressed. Pairs perfectly with my 4070/5800x3d build.

    Are whites warm on this?
  25. misa426's avatar
    wow insane deal
  26. hawksface's avatar
Nice! Cheaper than Black Friday, albeit slight!

Very tempted by this, although happy to push the budget if I can get better... Just not the OLED prices, unfortunately.
    gen271674's avatar
You mean NOT as cheap as Black Friday - this was £175.49
We know this because many of us purchased at this price. (edited)
  27. jokerevo's avatar
nice! missed this on black Friday. probably best budget 1440p option at this price point
  28. MrMattMatt's avatar
    Full PS5 Support for 1440 / VRR
  29. instant_classic's avatar
Best way of getting audio out from this? Will be using with a ps5 and xsx
    Cameron92's avatar
Looks like no audio out. You’d have to connect console to a speaker separately
  30. Jamesd10's avatar
Does anyone have a 10% off code I could have?
    Cadian105's avatar
    DM you the code mate
  31. mjb12's avatar
Is the 32 inch version of this model any good?
  32. CAL23's avatar
Got this monitor for £164 last month (with the £15 of Dell Rewards they sent me) and I’ve been loving it. Currently have it next to my existing 25” 1080p Acer monitor.
    51957402-0D7UZ.jpg
Very easy to set up. Was up and running in about 5 minutes. (edited)

ordered yesterday morning... received just now. insane!
  34. boysie91_'s avatar
Does anyone have a discount code please
  35. LCpl_Gungadin's avatar
I want to get this, but my Audio setup uses a headphone jack to connect to my current monitor, how would I connect it to this?
    The_Codfather's avatar
Damn that's the same with me and I never really thought of that...
  36. trancefreak87's avatar
Ordered last night but still waiting for a confirmation email. Anybody else in the same boat?
    Buckster's avatar
Ordered earlier today confirmation email was within an hour and then shipped this evening
  37. john_forster's avatar
Just got mine and looks good. Is it possible to use a fire stick for Netflix etc into the hdmi (or DP with an adaptor) and extract the sound with an audio extractor?
    bingowings85's avatar
A hardware HDMI audio extractor? probably. Otherwise you'll need an AV receiver.
  38. Bilal_HassandO0's avatar
