    To note:
They are a Virtual Mobile Network running via EE network in the UK. (edited)

I tried this on my Pixel 6 recently and 5G didn't work despite being in a 5G area. I was informed it was a known issue with Pixel devices (not sure if that's limited to eSIM). Thought I'd just mention it. At least I got a full refund.

While I am not on Spusu nor using eSIM, however, I'm using 1p mobile atm, which also runs on the EE network.
Can confirm with my Pixel 7 where 5G can be spotty, it works most of the time, but sometimes will drop to 4G even in the city town center. I only noticed this happening this month (last 30 days) so assuming it's the January update might be the issue.

How long is the minimum term? I'm having trouble finding it, but I don't know if it's just me

Copy and paste from the Spusu website:

Is there a minimum contract period?

There is no minimum contract period with spusu after the first full month. Our flexible monthly plans can be changed or cancelled every month (edited)

Voted cold as it is £5 PER MONTH for first 4 months and not £5 for the first 4 months as mentioned in the post

When a company cannot be bothered to check minor details, such as the spelling within their website, then you have to wonder what details of your account they are going to miss or screw up.52123122-sdWdK.jpg

I hate it when companies fail to proof read their websites and the T's & C's etc. All they need to do it compose it on something like MS Word and alter any Americanised spelling of just someone with a modicum of the English language. Just like Bridget Jones's Diary should have been written Bridget Jones' Diary.

On another note, I believe the Google Pixel's are unable to receive the 5G signal, but SPUSU stated that they are in contact with Google to help resolve this.

    Far better deals elsewhere.

Depends on the networks though. Being EE there’s always a slight premium but it’s gotta beat Smarty and their shambles of a “service”

£12.90 doesn't seem toooo bad with the first 4 Months only being £5 so I've so myself and the wife have jumped on as Smarty is pants in Nottingham.

Hopefully these will be as good as Plusnet was on EE as I couldn't fault them (although they have just been bought out by BT so we decided to jump early which in hindsight was a mistake)

    75% cashback on Quidco
    UKDealzz's avatar
Looks like it's 100% cashback on Quidco; what is the likelihood of getting all your money back in 4 months, as the deal here and comparison sites is 50GB for £5 for the 1st 4 months and then £12.90 thereafter. What are the T&C's on this offer in Quidco, would it track back as 100% for the 1st payment of up to 3 payments or forever...lol....If at all?
Your views would be much appreciated for this query regarding this UK fledgling company offering a SIM & eSIM service.
