    I've had 12gb data all last year, increased to 16gb this year for £4 per month. It's a 3 month offer each time but around the 2nd week of the 3rd month I use their chat feature on the app and negotiate another 3 months. Decent connection most of the time, Wi-Fi calling EU roaming all included.

    How do you negotiate this? Do you just say you're looking to leave (like ask for a PAC code), then ask if they can offer any good deals?
