    No. Just an ID check (soft search)

    Other comment about score dropping will be able to see the soft search and a new account opening. This temporarily drops your (meaningless) credit score.

    Yes just contact customer service and let them know. They’re generally pretty good at matching prices as long as your account is eligible for upgrade.

    Whats talk mobile signal like? I with smarty on a similar priced deal but signal is shocking in my area (sutton coldfield)

    Smarty uses the Three network, Talk Mobile uses Vodafone. As a general rule of thumb Vodafone and O2 have similar network coverage as they have historically shared network infrastructure under the Cornerstone partnership. You will generally find that mobile operators which use lower frequency radio will have better indoor coverage (as it penetrates further), but that doesn’t necessarily mean they have capacity.     Has anyone “upgraded” to this through Livechat? If you have, did they give you 15gb roaming as I am on now or did it decrease to 5gb as its a “new” contract
