About this deal

If you are an AO member the price is £215 with free shipping. Otherwise £265 plus shipping dependent on your location. AO membership is £39.99 so if you’re not a member the cost could be £215 + £39.99 = £254.99 which is still slightly cheaper than everywhere else… I think.

    Spend £39.99 to save £11.00
I'm sure this is only £265 in Argos

I take the point, but if you already have a subscription because you have purchased something else already from AO, then this is a pretty good deal.

Bought yesterday in argos for 265~. Cant say nothing over first impression- supprised is so good for 265. Its just tv to my son room but expected totaly rubbish, surprisingly was positive wow. System super slow(turning on after longer hold on is taking 15-20 sek) later system still slow but acceptable. Picture- well i can see its not tv for few hundreds more but really can watch it. Have change little bit settings picture and i know i will watch on his room sometimes. My first tv is Sony xh90 and now my son is fighting with me that his Tv is better then mine i wouldn return and oreder from AO to save few pounds but for someone who need tv 50' for 215- go for it. In my experience even budget TV's these days are more than respectable for the vast majority of people. The gap between the premium and budget sets has never been smaller. I bought my dad a 43inch Toshiba a few months back and it's a lovely picture. Of course if you pay a grand for a TV it's gonna be better but for most folks it's overkill. (edited)

Only problem is the speakers. Better off with a Sony

I have a smart tv. However, the software is outdated and therefore performance is sluggish. Can a fire stick resolve this?

Yep, I did the same thing with mine and it’s a night and day difference.

Totally confused by pricing on here now, so do we include the subscription or not ?

As you don’t need it for Amazon as there is a constant free trial.

    Cold..
