Apple Refurbished, so they will be excellent quality. 64GB can be had for slightly less, but doesn't sound like a very good deal. Employee benefit might include few % of Apple Gift Card discount, which is worth using too.

The only catch is that there is a rumour of Apple releasing the newer version in the next 3 months, which can be a deal breaker.
