These are really good. Have a set already

Had them 2 years. Wasted my money. Rust spots, blunt after every other meat cut. Flex in the blades.

    Look good, perform bad.

It makes me laugh how all these posts get loads of knife snobs coming out. It cuts stuff jobs a good un

So, în your opinion a knife snob is someone who wants to buy knives once in their lifetime and they want a good product...Yes, a Nissan Micra takes you from A to B and you don't need a Mercedes.
There are literally no snobbish comments on this post. Some said they have them, and they performed well, others said they rust and flex, and others recommend spending a bit more or sharpening them. (edited)

You are better off spending £30 (ideally a bit more) on one good knife than 4 rubbish ones. (edited)

I recommend a decent sharpener - make cheap knives good again OK, you shouldn't have to sharpen a knife every time you use it - but decent knives need sharpening too, so its an investment that you will use for years no matter how good or bad your knives

What would you recommend to sharpen knifes? Any wet stone or a particular one?
