actually these are pretty good for the money and rating, but they DON'T overclock at all, You will be luckly to get them stable at 6200 or 6400. And lowering the CL is just as bad.
Having said that, I have bought a couple of sets at this price.

One nice thing with these is that they are both XMP 3.0 and EXPO so you can swap them between systems and not need to worry about compatibility, as the similar priced corsair RAM is XMP or EXPO which for some might be a little limiting (edited)

    I bought some 2nd user DDR5 earlier on ebay, 6000mhz 64GB (2x32gb) £62.94 with delivery.

Not the fastest timings, but fingers crossed they will tighten up.

It's not really the brand that matters it is the die that you get, so you have to take that heatsink off to check. I dunno if it's still A die that you want, but when I got my sticks last year I just bought cheap Kingston 5200, I got several sticks and opened them all up and chose the A die and sent the rest back. Then you can just go into the BIOS and start the tweaking, one guy got his to 8200, I could only get mine to 8000, but he also had a top tier silicon lottery of a CPU.

However if you have an X3D CPU, they're just plug and play and overclocking anything isn't going to get you gains like Intel, like 5 percent different and not worth it. Just buy 6000MHZ Expo sticks, plug them in and leave it at that because the 3D cache does all the heavy lifting. Which is why all the PC guys stick to Intel because 3D cache isn't tweakable like Intel.

3D vcache trumps the tweak-able ram for a lot of workloads though, so it’s nothing to do with if you’re a “pc guy” or not and entirely on what specific workloads you do. (edited)

Can you really tell the difference between ddr4 3200 and ddr5 6000 in the real world? Which use cases would you notice

Does anyone knows if these are compatible with this Motherboard?
    Gigabyte B650 GAMING X AX V2

They do not show on the support page

Yes, they are. Gigabyte hasn't got around to testing them is why they aren't on the supported list but these have EXPO profiles which is RAM tuned specifically for AMD CPUs.
