About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
If you wish you could be more like Planes, Trains, Everything but don't have the budget now is your time to take up coach travel on the cheap as FlixBus are celebrating their third anniversary in the UK with discounted tickets of £2 plus service fee (typically £1) on journeys within the UK.
They ran a similar deal last year and listed all the routes, unfortunately I couldn't find any such list for this year.
However, news articles (1) (2) on this mention it is valid on all routes within Scotland, and when I looked at some of the routes mentioned in last year's press release there were plenty of £2 tickets available.
Some example journey pairs:
Heathrow / Gatwick

sorted byLast time I got a flixbus, from London to Paris CDG, we were left stranded in the port of Dover for 8 hours (the bus was 2 hours late and we missed the last ferry). This caused me to miss the connection with their own bus in Lille, my flight, and my hotel room in the airport. All in all a 12 hour delay. All we got was £10 for food and drinks in Dover.
Had to fight tooth and nails to get part of my booking refunded. The customer service was taking 3 weeks to reply to each of my emails, and every time I got an answer, it was a new agent, starting the conversation over. Nightmare.
Used this company in the past, and obviously when everything goes smoothly is brilliant.
I now try to avoid them, However tempting their pricing might be.
Although the bad press and bad people’s experiences puts me off anyway :/
